1. If I enter the product key online, an error code of 28 will occur.<br />
2. Error code 1 occurs when downloading offline activation file and proceeding.<br />

When i try to activate it i receive an &quot;Error 28&quot; i tried to make an offline ativation and i have an &quot;Error 1&quot;<br />

I&#039;m using Across Center version 2.30b for Windows.<br />
I&#039;m able to establish connection with the Android 11 phone using Across.<br />
After I reboot the phone, the connection appears to be lost and it doesn&#039;t seem to reconnect.<br />
<br />
The current workaround I&#039;m using is: Toggle Across Operation Disabled/Enabled options so it reconnects.<br />
Or I can right click on the phone icon and click &quot;Connect Bluetooth...&quot;<br />

Is there a way to prevent it from losing connection or make it automatically reconnect after...<br />

I use network for connection I have it set to connection. The proper adapters chosen everything. It works fine for a couple of days after a fresh install and then goes right back to being BT-HID and BT-RFOMM instead of NET-CTL NET-DETA. It will not reengage using the network unless I reinstall. The product works for a while, then I notice some letters on the keyboard stop working - which I now know means I have to go into Across Center and reactive the license. I copy/paste and activate and all is well until the next day. <br />

The device can pair using the Windows utility, but the Across Center can&#039;t do much with it.
