Across download is being marked as trojan by Antivirus

I am unable to download the setup file from http://d1iwm8e3p5jejt.cloudfront.net/AcrossSetup_2_30b.exe. My antivirus is marking it as an illegitimate page. Somehow i downloaded the setup, then the antivirus reads it as a Trojan and deletes the setup.
